The Fashion Research Network hosts this seminar discussion and reading group – held in the discursive space of the Why Would I Lie? exhibition – which seeks to examine the theme of fashion, ethics, and originality by examining a short selection of diverse contemporary and historical texts and online resources. This seminar discussion and reading group features a presentation by Ariele Elia, Curator of Faking It: Originals, Copies and Counterfeits at The Museum at FIT, New York.
